Download Windows *.iso
downloaded from TekTinkers file server Windows 10 *.iso download
Windows 11 *.iso download

Download Rufus
Rufus Website to download (scroll down to "Download")

Setup *.iso on USB

Insert USB into PC

Go to Downloads folder and open downloaded Rufus file (rufus-#.#.exe)

From the top of Rufus:

Device: (choose your USB stick)
Boot selection: Choose Disk or ISO image
click on SELECT and choose your downloaded Windows##.iso file
(By default the rest should be ready to go, please look over to verify compliance with your needs and system)
click on START

When finished, exit Rufus and remove USB stick from PC

Install or Reinstall Windows from USB *.iso

Turn PC off

Insert USB into PC

Start PC
Be ready to push the key(s), Del, F2, F10, F11, F12 to enter the BIOS or Setup

Go to BOOT and make the USB 1st in the boot order

save changed and exit

Be ready to push any key to start Windows Installation
